House Rules

Dear guests,

Hello and welcome.

We would like to make you aware of the House Rules in place at our vacation rental. Understanding and complying with our house rules will make for a comfortable and fun stay for everybody!

Please read each of the rules carefully in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check- out.

Balance amount and security deposit has to be paid while checking in.
Extra 3000/- (Villa) or 1000/- (Per Cottage) has to be paid as Security Deposit while checking in which will be refunded during check out. Any Damage to the property will be deducted from the Security deposit.
Guests are requested to respect the neighbours and keep the noise level mild. No Loud music allowed after 9:30 pm. (We don’t provide music system. Guests are requested to carry their own portable speakers).
Smoking is not permitted in indoor areas (only outdoor areas).
We request all the guests to not enter the rooms immediately after getting out of the swimming pool as the indoor areas get wet and slippery and the guests might get hurt.
Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes.
In Case of late checkout Late checkout fees will be applicable.
All the meals will be served in a common area which will be shared by other guests as well.
Outdoor Games are permitted only in the designated section. Playing in landscaped lawn area in Villa or Cottages is not permitted.

Meal Timings

- Lunch - 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm

- Dinner - 9:30 pm to 10:30 pm

- Breakfast - 9:00 am to 10:30 am
